If this date doesn’t work for you, you’ll be able to respond and request a new one.
Once they arrive, they’ll bring the sofa in, unpack it, fit the arms and feet (if needed), and they’ll take away the packaging (unless you ask to keep it).
On the delivery day:
You will receive an email and text on the day, along with a live-tracking link so that you can keep an eye out for our in-house delivery team.
Please note. We don’t accept returns for items that are damaged, worn, or not in resaleable condition.
