  1. Supplying your goods to you

4.1 Standard delivery charges: We charge a standard delivery fee of £99 per order for sofas, chairs and loveseats, regardless of the order size. This fee will be confirmed at checkout.

4.2 Small item delivery: Small items are charged at £9 for delivery. If small items are ordered with a sofa, chair or loveseat, the small item delivery fee is included within the standard delivery fee.

4.3 Priority delivery for in-stock items: Priority delivery may be available for some in-stock items. Where priority delivery is requested or available, an additional fee may apply. Any priority delivery charge will be confirmed before your order is completed or before the priority service is arranged.

4.4 Delivery process: We will contact you close to your expected delivery date to confirm a delivery slot. You, or another person aged 18 or over, must be at home to accept delivery. Our team will sign for the items and take a photograph to confirm successful delivery.

4.5 Failed delivery fee: You may be charged £30 if you are not at home at the agreed delivery time, or if delivery is refused without a valid reason.

4.6 Peak delivery periods: During peak delivery times, including November, December and January, we ask that you accept the first delivery date offered by our delivery team wherever possible. During these high volume periods, delivery slots cannot always be guaranteed for rearranged deliveries due to limited availability.

4.7 Access and delivery requirements: You are responsible for making sure there is suitable access to your property and room of choice before delivery. This includes checking doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts and parking access. If delivery cannot be completed because of access issues, return or redelivery fees may apply.

4.8 Events outside our control: If supply or delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to minimise the effect of the delay.

  1. Your rights to end the contract

6.1 Changing your mind: For most goods bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days. Under Zofa’s enhanced returns policy, you have 30 days to return unused products for a full refund, minus a £199 collection fee, provided the items are visibly unused and in a resalable condition. If the sofa is faulty, or we made a mistake, collection is free.
