Shipping policy

  1. General Information
    At Zofa, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers across the UK. This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of our sofas.

  2. Shipping Rates and Fees
    • Standard Delivery (Mainland UK): We charge a fixed rate of £99 for each product, made and delivered in the UK.

  3. Delivery Timeframes
    • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 4-6 weeks. Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

      We deliver across the UK direct from our factory in Mytholmroyd. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Note: We can’t deliver to some Scottish postcodes. These include: HS1–HS9, IV40, IV41–IV49, IV51, IV55–IV56, KA27, KW15–KW17, PA20, PA41–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH41–PH44, and ZE.

      For hard to reach areas, we charge a higher delivery fee including the following postcodes. Isle of Wight PO30-41, Isle of Man IM1-9, Scilly Islands TR21-25, Jersey JE1-5 and Guernsey GY1-10 please contact info@zofa.co.uk for more information.

  4. Delivery Process
    • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
    • Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information.
    • Delivery Scheduling: Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

  5. Assembly Service
    Our experienced team will deliver your sofa to a room of your choice, unpack the sofa, fit the feet, and assemble the arms if required. They will also take away the packaging free of charge if you would like them to do so. Please bear in mind if you think you may want to return the product to us within the 30-day return period, it is important to keep the original packaging. Please see below for information on returns.

  6. Collections
    • Please email info@zofa.co.uk with your name, home address, details of the order, and, where available, your phone number. We’ll arrange for a collection. Once we receive it back, you’ll receive a full refund minus the collection cost.
    • If you need to return an item because it’s faulty, or we have done something wrong, you will not be charged.
    • Collections cost £199 for anywhere in the UK, and the fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept returns under this policy for items that are damaged, worn, or have any other defects.

  7. Missed Deliveries
    If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our delivery partner as soon as possible to reschedule. Missed deliveries without prior notice may incur a re-delivery fee of £30.

  8. Damaged or Faulty Items
    Please inspect your sofa upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, inform the delivery team and contact our customer service within 48 hours. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as necessary.

  9. Returns and Cancellations
    • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
    • Returns: We want you to buy with confidence, and we know it can be hard ordering a sofa online without trying it first. That’s why we offer a no-hassle 30-day return period from the date of your delivery. We try our best to give you as much information as possible to ensure you make an informed decision on your purchase, from offering free fabric samples, detailed dimensions, and images of every available option.
