1. Promoter

1.1. This giveaway is promoted by Zofa (“Zofa”).

1.2. The giveaway is being run in collaboration with Bullion Chocolate (“BULLION® Chocolate”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of Zofa, Bullion, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to enter

3.1. To enter, participants must:

• Follow @zofahome on Instagram.
• Follow @bullionchocolate on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Tag a friend in the comments on the giveaway post.

3.2. Participants may also share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story for an additional entry, where this is stated in the giveaway post.

3.3. Entries must be made through the Instagram giveaway post. Entries submitted through any other method will not be accepted.

3.4. Only genuine Instagram accounts may enter. Zofa reserves the right to disqualify entries from accounts it reasonably believes have been created solely for the purpose of entering competitions.

3.5. A maximum of two entries per participant is permitted.

3.6. Entries must be received before the closing date and time stated on the giveaway post.

4. The Prize

4.1. One winner will receive:

• One Solace sofa, upholstered in Zofa Luxe Woven Velvet in Chocolate, in the configuration specified by Zofa. This includes a Solace 2-piece configuration (2 x All-in-One pieces) and a Solace Footstool, with a total value of £2,825.
• A Bullion drinking chocolate hamper, including all 8 enriched chocolate bars (£7.50 each; total value £60), one chocolate candle (£15), one bag of milk hot chocolate (£15) and one bag of dark hot chocolate (£15).

4.2. The sofa prize is subject to Zofa’s standard product specifications, availability and delivery arrangements.

4.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, transferred to another person or substituted for another product, except at the discretion of Zofa where necessary.

4.4. The prize does not include any additional furniture, accessories, delivery services or products unless specifically stated above.

4.5. Zofa delivers across the UK directly from its factory in Mytholmroyd. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

4.6. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be amended after the winner has been confirmed, except where agreed by Zofa.

4.7. The winner may choose to purchase additional pieces to increase the size of their Solace sofa configuration beyond the configuration included in the prize. Any additional pieces will be charged separately at the current retail prices advertised by Zofa at the time of purchase. The cost of any additional pieces will be the responsibility of the winner and is not included in the giveaway prize.

4.8. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the prize sofa will fit within their intended space and can be delivered into their property, including through all relevant access points such as doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts. The winner should check all measurements. Zofa cannot be held responsible if the sofa cannot be accommodated within the property or delivered due to insufficient space or restricted access.

5. Winner selection

5.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

5.2. The winner will be selected using a random winner generator within 3 days of the competition closing.

5.3. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @zofahome account.

5.4. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

5.5. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, Zofa reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Winner announcement

6.1. The winner may be announced on the @zofahome Instagram account following confirmation of their eligibility and acceptance of the prize.

6.2. By entering, you agree that your Instagram username may be used to announce the winner.

7. Personal information

7.1. Personal information provided by entrants will be used only for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.

7.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Zofa’s Privacy Policy.

8. Instagram

8.1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

8.2. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the giveaway.

9. General

9.1. Zofa reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

9.2. Zofa reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that it reasonably believes has been submitted fraudulently or unfairly.

9.3. Zofa’s decision regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

9.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Competition dates

10.1. The giveaway opens on 26 October 2026 at 4:00 pm.

10.2. The giveaway closes on 11 November 2026 at 11:59 pm.

10.3. No entries received after the closing date and time will be considered.
