Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence and we know it can be hard ordering a sofa online without trying it first. That’s why we offer a no-hassle 30 day return period from the date of your delivery. We try our best to give you as much information as possible to ensure you make an informed decision on your purchase. From offering free fabric samples, detailed dimensions, and images of every available option. 

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product then you can return it within 30 days of it being delivered to you. The item must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes the original packaging.

To make life easier, our team will collect the sofa from you on an appointed day of your choice (please note that a collection fee for returns is applicable).

Email info@zofa.co.uk with your name, address, order details, and phone number (if available). We'll arrange a collection and issue a full refund minus the £199 collection fee.

If the item is faulty or we made an error, you won't be charged.

Note: We do not accept returns for damaged, worn, or defective items.
